Nationality: British

Background: Ex Royal Marine Commando, Alpinist, Skier, Climber, Wingsuit BASE

Bio:

With a thirst for adventure and travel from a young age Tim moved to South Africa and worked as a guide in the Kruger National Park before returning to the UK and joining the Royal Marines. After deploying on overseas operations and passing the infamous Mountain Leader Course Tim left the military to focus on his passion for the mountains and now seeks out new projects and expeditions all over the globe in various disciplines.

What are your most prominent personnel achievements?

There are a few achievements I'm most proud of, North face ascents of the Eiger and the Dru as well as being the first Brit to not only Ski BASE but Ski BASE in the UK. I have also opened the first Wingsuit BASE exits in UK, Vietnam, Mt. Kenya and Aconcagua just to name a few.

Biggest fear or obstacle you have had to conquer?

The biggest obstacle for me is often the balance of time and money; work and play. Since leaving the Royal Marines it has been a fine line as I try and make the most of my free time and work just enough to fulfil my projects and ambitions.

What are your main goals for the future?

Haha the list is never ending... I have ambitions to open a lot more Wingsuit exits in remote countries as well as numerous assents. 2024 I am planning an expedition to complete the highest Wingsuit BASE jump from an 8k mountain in the Himalays…  watch this space.
